Known in Italy as the national summer holiday, Ferragosto is celebrated in the country as a way to indulge in the quiet and relaxation of out-of-city living. Executive Chef Jason Maynard and team are cooking up a special menu the week of August 13th to encourage Boston dwellers and beyond to escape city living for a relaxing day on our patio or in our dining room. The menu is inspired by some of Italy’s favorite summertime dishes, with emphasis on warm weather dishes and delights.
