Join us throughout 2025 as we bring the heart of Italy to your table with our Sagra Series – a celebration of regional flavors, seasonal ingredients and timeless traditions. Each month, we will spotlight a different Italian sagra, offering unique dishes inspired by the vibrant festivals of Italy.

This Sagra, celebrated in San Daniele del Friuli (province of Udine) is dedicated entirely to prosciutto. It features guided tastings, open-house tours of prosciuttifici (prosciutto producers), cooking demonstrations, and food and wine pairings. While not directly tied to a religious holiday, it honors a centuries-old tradition of artisanal ham-making rooted in the town’s unique microclimate and history. The festival also includes music, cultural exhibitions, and regional crafts, making it both a gastronomic pilgrimage and a cultural experience.
